Spinachi is a personal health manager for people in India. It is not available yet. This page explains what this website collects today, and what the Spinachi app will do with your information when it launches. We will update this page before the app launches and show the date above.

This website

• It collects nothing. There are no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts.
• If you pick light or dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
• The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser and time of request) to run and protect the service.

The Spinachi app

What we will hold. The documents you send us, such as lab reports and prescriptions, and the results we read from them. The health data you choose to share from Apple Health or Health Connect, such as steps, sleep, heart rate and weight. For each family profile you create: a name, and optionally sex and year of birth.

Where it is kept. Your records are stored in India, with Google Cloud in Mumbai.

Processing outside India. To read a document, we send its content to Anthropic, in the United States, which provides the AI model that reads it. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms and data retention policy.

Apple Health and Health Connect. We read only the types of data you allow, only with your permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time in your phone's settings. We never write data back to them and never use this data for advertising.

What we never do. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising. Spinachi organises and remembers your records. It does not diagnose, and it does not give medical advice.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You will be able to delete your records from inside the app at any time.
